Endurance according to CrossFit is the ability of body’s systems to gather, process and deliver oxygen.
It is the second most important component (right after nutrition) in “The Theoretical Hierarchy of the Development of an Athlete” model.
But why is it so important? Imagine yourself having more control on your breathing tempo. Maybe next time that you’ll do “Fran” you would actually be able to breath. What about recover faster after finishing it. How cool could this be.
