BOOK YOUR FIRST CLASS
It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – our First Time session is for everyone.
For a drop-in you must do the following:
1. Click on Register Here
2. Choose your date and time for the first time and click on Sign Up
3. Log in with your Facebook account or create a new profile
4. Sign up for the class by selecting Register as unpaid.
5. You need to pay a drop in fee at the desk after your first visit and if you ever subscribe for a membership that fee will be deducted from your first month
