We have relative small groups and taken measures (hygiene, personal distance and no high fives etc) of course.
IF you have any health issues (cold with fever or not feeling well to train) take some days (weeks) off.
This might be a good time to fully deload.
Hydrate, eat whole foods and boost your vitamine and mineral levels (like you should do always 😉)
