For time: 800m Run

– then 6 min to go As Heavy As Possible (AHAP)

1-1-1-1-1-1-….. a lift of your choice: Benchpress, Squat, Deadlift, Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Hang Power Clean, etc.

For time: 800m Run

– then 6 min AHAP the same lift as before

(Note: perform at least 6 heavy lifts in every 6 minutes. Keep the lift the same to get a proper training stimulus.)
