Note: work as challenging as possible on the pullups, take your time within the 27 min to work on skills and strength.
Get as far as possible in 12 min, then 3 min rest, after the rest go back down the ladder from where you ended. Example: you make it till the 7 reps. After 3 min rest start there, then down to 6-5-4… etc
