Min 1: Benchpress
Min 2: Deadlift
Min 3: ski or bike “max Cal”
Min 4: Rest
Start with 10 reps AHAP on bench and DL, each round go down 1 rep: 10-9-8.. etc and aim to go AHAP every set.
Tip: build up your weights in “party-style” every set make small increments building up 2,5 or 1,25kg on each side (5 or 2,5kg total).
