Min 3: 10 Wallballs
Min 4: 10 Benchpress 90/60kg
Min 5: 10 Boxjumps
Min 6: 10 Wallballs
Min 7: 10 Cleans 65/45kg

Accumulate 100 reps of each:
Strict press
Romanian deadlifts
Split squats

(The 100 reps are the total for each exercise, so 50 right and 50 left when working a separate side.)

You can decide yourself how big your sets and rounds are going to be.
Work as challenging as possible on each station.

Warm-up your movements and build up the weight:

Do a general warm-up first to get the blood flowing and to warm up the muscles.

For about 5 minutes:

Run, Row, Bike, Rope jump, jumping jacks, burpees.


3-4 Rounds of

3-5 Strict presses L&R
6-10 Romanian Deadlifts
3-5 Split squats L&R

*stretch between rounds.

Set a timer to maximize your worktime to 30-40 minutes.
