Push press Rx 40/30 Rx+ 50/35 Comp 60/40kg
*Use 1 barbell, change the plates

10 Rounds for time:

10 Suitcase Deadlifts L&R
10 Situps/Toes to material or Toes to Bar

Start your warm-up by doing some Situps to activate the core.
Then do some Suitcase Deadlifts on each side (start light if possible).
Stretch the hips and lower back after each round:

3-4 rounds:

5-10 Situps (go to toes to material after the 2nd round)
5 Suitcase Deadlifts L&R
Inchworm or pigeon stretch
