30-40-50 Airsquats
200m KB/DB Run or 1 min weighted High Knees

Choose the number of squats depending on your fitness level. Fairly new to Crossfit or recovering from injury; move slower and do 30 squats. Are you a regular Crossfitter and the sound of 320 Airsquats doesn’t scare you; go for 40 reps. Competitive Crossfitters; pump out your 50 reps in 1:00 – 1:30.

This workout is light and very straightforward, so do a 5-8 minute run or other cardio station to warm-up, then stretch your hips and make some Airsquats to see how your body feels.

(Aim to finish in 18-20min)

Set a timer and 3.2.1..GO!!
