Home WOD

For time*

200 walking lunges
100 push ups
200 walking lunges

*EMO5M 20 sit ups + 20 airsquats

* scale number of lunges and push ups down by 50 reps for beginners
** Set a timer and every 5 minutes perform the sit ups and airsquats

Warm-up:

3-4 min Run/Jump/Bike/Jumping jacks etc

Then 3 Rounds of

10 Walking Lunges
5-10 Pushups
10 Situps
10 Airsquats

Stretch after each round.
