1 min of bent over rows Alt per 5 or 10 depending on the weight. (kettlebell, dumbbell or object)
30 sec rest
1 min of overhead hold when using1 weight, switch after 30 sec(kettlebell, dumbbell or object)
30 sec rest
1 min of KB swings (or DB or object)
30 sec rest
1 min of bottom squat hold (add weight for extra challenge)
2 min rest

Try a warm-up round or two doing each station half the time and deciding on the weight.

Set your interval timer and 3.2.1..GO!!
