3 x 10 min ladder w/2 minutes of rest
(You can decide to, after the rest, start over or keep going.)

1 shrimp squat
2 push ups
3 V-ups

2-3-4 / 3-4-5 / 4-5-6 / etc

You can scale the Shrimp squats to “Burlgarian Split squats” or lunges.
The push-ups can be done from the toes or the knees and the V-ups can be scaled to Sit-ups.

Warm-up working for 10-15min;
6-10 Lunges (build-up to Shrimp squats)
3-5 Pushups
10-15 Situps (build-up to V-ups)
